finally! The Nigerian Army Has Found Buhari’s Certificate

According to a member of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Sen. Tokunbo Afikuyomi, the Nigerian Army has found the certificate of Gen. Buhari. The former Senator broke
the news on his twitter handle today.

The certificate of Gen. Buhari generated a lot of controversy after the Nigerian Army came out to say they didn’t have it. The Nigerian Army has however not confirmed that they’ve found the certificate.
